Thousands of garlic lovers will be making a pilgrimage to partake in the culinary delights of this festival. But we’re going to kick it up a notch for your group by adding an exclusive showing of Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding to the venue. Your group will be greeted by a local guide minutes after entering Pennsylvania. From there you will be escorted to charming downtown Stroudsburg where the festival will be taking place. There will be plenty to do including some great shopping on Main Street.

The Pocono Garlic Festival is a fun filled event featuring legendary Pocono grown garlic. There will be entertainment and food-liberally laced with this wonderful herb.

About 35 restaurants and other establishments, featuring the best chefs of the region are busily concocting dazzling garlicky dishes that Festival-goers can eat right there or bring home on coolers. And, the Poconos two vineyards will be there with samples.

Headlining the entertainment will be the Garlic Eating Tuba Troubadours. Dozens of garlic loving tuba players performing with savage abandon after consuming huge amounts of garlic. Disney Adventure magazine declared them the worlds smelliest band. The Juggernaut String Band will be playing their hearts out, too.

After a great day in this small town your group will be treated to an exclusive interactive performance of Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding. It is a satire of an Italian-American wedding in which the audience participates in all aspects of this fictitious event. As guests, you’ll attend the ceremony and reception in a real banquet facility.

There will be a live band playing everyones favorite wedding tunes such as the Macarena, Chicken dance, conga line, and even the Tarantella. (The traditional Italian wedding dance song) 25 actors will bring this 3 hour event to life for you. You’ll toast the bride and groom with sparkling cider. And, there will be an all-you-can-eat buffet consisting of spaghetti, Italian sausage with peppers and onions, salad, bread and wedding cake. There will be many other surprises in store for you at this raucous evening. For you drinkers there will be a cash bar.
